As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor we are authorized to offer a Preferred Protection Warranty on your new roof. This transferable warranty covers material, labor, debris removal, & full replacement of your roof if needed. Standard warranties offer a very limited non-prorated period with 100% coverage for material defects and labor to remove and replace them. Preferred Protection provides a significantly extended non-prorated period, up to 50 years as opposed to the standard 5-10 year period. Wind coverage is also extended up to 15 years & up to 130 mph depending on the shingle installed.
