This was a complete exterior remodel using aluminum soffit & fascia, composite trim boards, fiber-cement siding, 6" gutter & Leaf Solution gutter guard.  We installed OSB decking over the old 1 x 10 roof decking, re-framed the ridge to allow proper air flow for the cathedral ceiling, installed metal edgings, & ice & water shield along eaves, walls, valleys, & the chimney. The mortar between the stone in the chimney was badly deteriorated along with the mortar cap, so a new cap was poured, as well as a complete tuckpoint of all missing & cracked mortar. We used an algae resistant Certainteed Landmark dimensional shingle. A new roof section had to be built over an area where a metal roof had failed. A completely maintenance free exterior was achieved with all flashings installed correctly, lifetime warranty paint & gutter protection, and a 50 year warranty on the siding and trim boards. The roof system we installed is warranted up to 110 MPH winds.
